If you're a Spectrum Internet customer and you want a Spectrum email account, you can request it using your Spectrum online account. Once you've set up your master email account, you can add up to five email addresses.

Keep your email address if you leave spectrum

some internet service providers (or I.S.P.s) — like Comcast and AT&T — allow you to keep your email address when you leave, but others — like Spectrum — will disconnect your email service as soon as you jump ship.
